| 1950 | With the development of the automotive industry in Australia company moves into production of connectors and terminals. |
| 1964 | Part of production of terminals is transferred to Bungay, England to support customers on the European market. |
| 2000 | Production of terminals and connectors is moved from England to Dolny Kubin, Slovakia to follow customers moving to Central and Eastern Europe. (UK) Ltd remains distribution channel of terminals (and later on assemblies) for UK and Ireland. |
| 2001 | Utilux Slovakia launches its own plating facility for tin plating of strip form terminals. |
| 2002 | Quality management system of Utilux Slovakia is certified to ISO 9001:2000. |
| 2004 | Utilux Slovakia takes over production of pre-insulated terminals and cable lugs from German company Grote&Hartmann (later Lear T&C). Introduction of soldering, cutting, heat-treatment and assembly processes. |
| 2004 | Utilux Slovakia becomes supplier of connectors for heated windscreens to all European Pilkington Automotive factories. Implementation of spotwelding, soldering and cable processing. |
| 2005 | Utilux Slovakia starts to produce cable harnesses and sub-assemblies for number of customers from domestic appliances industry. |
| 2006 | Production of connectors moves into new building in Dolny Kubin – Mokrad. Utilux specializes more on production of special customerdesigned contacts and metal stampings for customers from domestic appliances and automotive industry. |
| 2008 | 2008 European operations of Utilux are acquired by Gustav Klauke GmbH. Utilux s.r.o. becomes Klauke Slovakia. Klauke Slovakia launches its own production of progression stamping tools. Integrated management system of quality and environment is certified according to ISO TS 16949:2002 and ISO 14001:2004. |
